• Clothes that 'you' would feel comfortable in, and can move in.

• Correct shoes to dance in; ie tap/ ballet/ jazz. 
• Some people like to bring a towel, if they get sweaty. 
• There are no showering facilities at The Studio, some members like to bring baby wipes to refresh!

• For our 1-2-1 and small group fitness programmes, we require 24 hours notice, or full payment is taken. 
• Our term classes are paid upfront and do not offer refunds, nor do they run cancellation policies; if you miss a class, you miss a class. 
• Our membership programmes can only be exited once the balance of the classes to date has been covered - if termination is before a year. 
• Serious illness is a discretionary conversation. 

Yes, you can enjoy one free trial at as many classes as you want.
