CANCELLATION POLICY

What is the cancellation policy?

For our 1-2-1 and small group fitness programmes, we require 24 hours notice, or full payment is taken.
Our term classes are paid upfront (and at a reduced price) and we do not offer refunds; if you miss a class, you miss a class. You can pay-as-you-go but this way occurs greater costs.
Our membership programmes can only be exited if termination is before a year - and once the balance of the classes to date has been covered. After a year we require a months notice to process end of membership.
Serious illness is a discretionary conversation.
