TAP is a fun way to keep fit. There are day and evening classes for varying levels of experience with Ann Burley and Emma Jane Taylor. Working towards new routines, learning lots of new steps and combinations.
FITDANCE FUSION classes have been created to gently strengthen and mobilise bodies and minds; using appropriate music and moves for targeted ages.
BALLET is a great way to tone up, improve posture, balance and strengthen the body with Ann Burley and Katie Bland. Mixture of exercises at the barre and short dance sequences. If you have never tried Ballet before it is definitely worth a go! Or maybe you took dance as a child and fancy taking it up again?

PILATES CLASSES (ONLINE) are great for those of you who don't want to, or aren't able to, leave the house.
Pilates is a great way to continue to strength and stabilise the body, especially as we get older.
POP UP LINE DANCING classes are great fun for every age. From time to time we run 4 week pop-up classes in Line-Dance. These are very popular and booking is essential. POP UP MUSICAL THEATRE classes are great fun. From time to time we run 4 week pop-up classes in Musical Theatre. These are very popular and booking is essential.
